The new item can be obtained by checking the Southeast edge of your farm for the Mail Delivery Plane. Once clicked, you will see the new post card from Angus and you will be allowed to share 1 Polka Dots Sheep!
had mine, then reloaded the game and it was gone...the purple valentine cow is gone too...what is going on?

The bi plane is a THREE FREE FLIGHTS..so once the 3 are used the plane goes away...its a gimmick to get the AVG download!!

My polka dotted sheep disappeared whenI had to refresh my computer. Repost for all of us who lost ours it is not fair to us that you are having so many glitches in the program.
